1. BCBA – Home-Based Services (South Jersey, Plainsboro, Princeton, Edison)

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing home-based ABA services, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans for clients across South New Jersey, Plainsboro, Princeton, and Edison. You’ll collaborate with families and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality outcomes in clients' natural environments.

✅ Job Requirements:

  • Certification: Must hold current BCBA certification by the BACB and, ideally, be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities and at least 1 year supervising or training staff/RBTs.
  • Home‑Based Service Competency: Experience delivering ABA in-home and collaborating with caregivers in a natural setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital data platforms and telehealth tools for documentation and supervision
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel across designated service areas.
  • Professional Skills: Strong organizational, clinical, and virtual communication abilities; self-motivated and able to manage caseload independently.

✅ Typical Duties:

  • Conduct in-home functional assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring fidelity of treatment.
  • Collect, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and the clinical team.

  • 2. RBT – Home-Based Services (South Jersey, Plainsboro, Princeton, Edison)

    About the Role:

    As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision. Your goal is to help children reach their developmental milestones through evidence-based interventions.

    ✅ Job Requirements:

    • Certification & Education: Must hold active RBT certification; at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Some employers may prefer additional related coursework.
    • Training: Completion of the standardized 40-hour RBT training and a competency assessment is required.
    • Background Check: Must pass a background and abuse registry check as required by NJ standards.
    • Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between home-based client locations.
    • Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, data collection accuracy, and collaborative mindset.

    ✅ Typical Duties:

  • Implement BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans in-home.
  • Record and document progress, behavior data, and session notes.
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
