At ABA Launchpad, we’re committed to making high-quality ABA therapy as accessible and affordable as possible for families. We proudly accept the following major insurance providers:

📋 How the Insurance Process Works

Navigating insurance can feel overwhelming—but we’re here to make it simple. Here’s how it works:


1. Initial Intake & Inquiry

Once you reach out to us:

  • Our intake team will gather some basic information about your child
  • You’ll be asked to provide your insurance card (front and back) and diagnostic report (if already available)
  • We’ll check your eligibility and benefits within 24–72 hours

2. Verification of Benefits (VOB)

We will:

  • Contact your insurance company on your behalf
  • Confirm your ABA coverage, copayments, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements
  • Let you know if pre-authorization is needed (most plans do)

📧 You will receive a breakdown of your benefits in writing so there are no surprises later.

3. Authorization Request

Once insurance coverage is confirmed:

  • Our BCBA will conduct an initial in-home assessment
  • We submit the clinical report and treatment plan to your insurance for approval

🕐 Turnaround time: This typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the insurance provider

4. Start of Services

After authorization is granted:

  • We’ll match your child with a qualified RBT and begin sessions
  • Our billing team will submit claims to insurance directly on your behalf
  • You’ll be informed if there are any copays, coinsurance, or deductible responsibilities

5. Ongoing Billing & Reauthorizations

  • We handle weekly/monthly claims to your insurance
  • Reauthorizations are submitted every 3–6 months, as required
  • You will always be updated on upcoming deadlines or paperwork needed
