1. How do I apply for BCBA or RBT positions?
Visit our Careers page to view open positions and apply. You can submit your resume via email and a brief cover letter explaining your experience and interest in working with ABA Launchpad.
2. Do you offer supervision for RBTs or BCBA candidates?
Yes! We provide clinical supervision and mentorship hours for RBTs and BCBA candidates pursuing certification, in alignment with BACB guidelines.
3. Are the positions part-time or full-time?
We offer flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time positions. Let us know your availability, and we’ll do our best to match you with clients accordingly.
4. What areas do you serve?
We currently provide home-based ABA services in:

5. Do I need my own transportation?
Yes, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as you’ll be traveling to clients’ homes across our service areas.
6. Is training provided?
Yes, we provide onboarding and ongoing training. RBTs receive hands-on training, competency assessments, and continuing education under BCBA supervision.
7. Do you offer remote roles or only in-home services?
Our primary service model is in-home, but occasional remote parent training sessions may be available for specific situations. Please inquire during your interview.
